We are excited to announce that the demo of the existing structure at our Capistrano Beach development has been successfully completed. Revere has taken a single lot and subdivided it into 3 separate single family residencies. This is a testament to our promise of bringing value to each of the Southern California coastal communities that we build in! We would like to thank our team for their hard work and dedication in making this happen.
With the demo now complete, we are moving forward with the next phase of the project, which includes site preparation and the beginning of construction. We anticipate breaking ground on the new development in the coming weeks and are looking forward to seeing the progress.
