Ciara Tidwell is a focused and results-driven leader with extensive experience in business development, operations management, and team leadership across the flexible office and coworking space sector. With a proven track record of driving profitability, improving customer retention, and leading high-performing teams, Ciara has held key management roles at Premier WorkSpaces and IWG/Regus, where she successfully oversaw multiple centers and teams, boosted net income, and maintained exceptional client satisfaction levels.

Currently, Ciara serves as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Revere Real Estate, where she oversees company-wide operations, HR processes, and strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and employee success. She is recognized for her strategic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to building collaborative work environments that promote both business and team advancement.

Originally from the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas, Ciara moved to Orange County, California, in 2021 with her son Taven. Deeply involved in her community, she is an active member of the Tustin High School Football Team Booster Club, contributing her leadership and organizational skills to support student athletes. In addition to her community service in California, Ciara has a history of youth sports involvement, having served as a basketball coach and commissioner with various organizations in Texas.

Ciara holds an Associate of Science degree from Howard College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
