Trent Waters

Project Manager

Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as the youngest of eight children—including his triplet brother and sister—he grew up in a household led by a single mother who instilled resilience, independence, and a strong work ethic. From an early age, he was captivated by residential design and construction, spending countless hours on The Sims not playing the game itself, but designing and rebuilding homes for his characters. That curiosity sparked a lasting fascination with how homes are envisioned, structured, and built.

He always knew he wanted to make California his home. When the pandemic hit, he took a leap of faith and moved to Southern California with his triplet sister, armed with ambition and determination. Six months later, he met Nick Lind with the intention of job shadowing and learning the industry from the ground up. Nick’s trust, humility, and drive created the opportunity for him to join Revere as an Assistant Project Manager.

Through discipline, communication, and a natural capacity for problem-solving, he quickly excelled in his role. His early projects—where he simultaneously acted as project manager, site supervisor, and even designer—resulted in two of Revere’s highest-selling homes, recognized for their ambitious architecture, landscaping, and interior design.

Five years later, he is deeply immersed in his role at Revere, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while supporting and training newly added team members. His experience enables him to identify and resolve discrepancies between plans and trade execution early, helping mitigate change orders and maintain project budgets. He manages subcontractors and construction timelines efficiently, ensuring a smooth, coordinated building process from start to finish.

Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, football, beach volleyball, drawing and designing, meeting new people, and spending quality time with the people he loves.
