With over a decade of experience as a financial planner prior to transitioning into real estate development and construction, I’ve been fortunate to blend my financial expertise with a passion for building. Since entering the industry, I’ve been involved in the development and construction of over 50 properties totaling more than $200 million in value. In 2021, our company was honored as the second fastest-growing business in the Orange County Business Journal. My background in finance has been instrumental in strengthening our deal structures, optimizing capital stacks, and creating more efficient and financially sound development projects that deliver strong results for both investors and clients.

Throughout my career, my focus has remained on process, structure, and organizational efficiency — all of which have been key to supporting our growth and the long-term success of our firm. Many of our clients, some of whom have partnered with me for over 15 years, have continued to find value in working with us, not only as custom home clients but also as investment partners in our development projects. Our custom homebuilding division has become a particular passion, allowing us to deliver one-of-a-kind residences while maintaining the financial discipline on our construction budgets that supports successful outcomes.

In addition, Nick demonstrates a strong dedication to residential development proficiency. His extensive communication with key decision-makers across the municipalities where we are developing projects reflects both his professionalism and his ability to navigate complex approval processes effectively.

Today, I am proud to call San Juan Capistrano home, where I enjoy spending time horseback riding, surfing, snowboarding, and playing soccer. I earned my undergraduate degree from UC Davis, where I was captain of our Div 1 men’s soccer team, with a major in Managerial Economics and a minor in Statistics. Since then, I’ve completed a Graduate Diploma in Real Estate with a concentration in Development from UCLA. Most recently, we acquired a commercial building in Newport Beach, which will serve as our new headquarters and support the continued growth of our business and team.
