Ryan Chocek has been involved in four new Revere construction projects, all located along PCH, from Huntington Beach to Corona Del Mar. He grew up in Huntington Beach before heading to the East Coast, where he played basketball and golf for his college teams.

After graduation, Ryan became a licensed financial advisor but soon realized his true passion was in construction. He began working for his uncle building homes, where he gained expertise in foundations, framing, and roofing. After learning all he could, Ryan started his own construction business, becoming a licensed contractor in both Oregon and California.

Ryan met Nick and the Revere team while they were working on projects just blocks apart in Huntington Beach. Nick became a mentor, sharing valuable construction and development knowledge that helped Ryan transition into a project management role. He eventually became the project manager for a two-home development in the downtown area.

Ryan is currently managing two new construction homes in Orange County, with many more projects in the pipeline. When he is not managing projects he will most likely be at the beach, either surfing at the pier or spending time with his wife and golden retriever at dog beach. He also loves to travel around the country and abroad.
