Born in Mexico and raised in Orange County from the age of four, Mario Rosete built his work ethic the hard way — starting as a laborer right out of high school and learning construction from the ground up. His dedication caught attention early, and he was brought into the office to develop his understanding of architectural and structural drawings, building systems, and technical design through AutoCAD.
Rather than staying behind a desk, Mario returned to the field to deepen his hands-on knowledge, advancing through the ranks as Assistant Foreman, Foreman, and Superintendent. That path — moving fluidly between field and office — gave him something most project managers don’t have: a complete picture of how a project actually gets built.
Today, Mario brings over 21 years of construction experience to his role as Project Manager at Revere Real Estate. He bridges communication across teams, anticipates problems before they surface, and keeps projects moving with the kind of calm, informed confidence that only comes from having done every job on the site.
Outside of work, Mario spends his weekends playing soccer with his wife, taking his two kids to the beach, and making the most of life in Southern California.
