Harbor Heights Eleven single-family homes · 0 Via Canon · Dana Point

Eleven residences set into one of the last undeveloped parcels in Dana Point — a short walk to the marina, the village, and the coast. Tucked off Via Canon with private access from Camino Capistrano, the homes are oriented to take in the harbor, the marina lights, and the open air of Dana Point.

This is one of the most coveted stretches of the California coastline, in the middle of its largest reinvestment cycle in a generation. Harbor Heights sits at the center of it — minutes from the new harbor, the Strand, Doheny, and the Lantern District, with nearly a billion dollars of revitalization already in motion within minutes of the front door.

Three-story residences with en suites throughout and rooftop decks oriented to the water. Three to four bedrooms, three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half baths, 3,600 to 3,886 square feet, three parking spaces per home. Fully entitled, completing Q4 2028. Selections and customizations are open across flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile and stone, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and exterior materials — available on request.

The Setting

Capistrano Beach sits just south of Dana Point proper — close enough to everything, far enough from the traffic. You get the same coastal pull as Dana Point and Laguna, at a quieter address with grocery, schools, and locally owned restaurants close by.

Doheny State Beach — 0.7 miles Lantern District — 1.1 miles Dana Point Harbor — 1.9 miles Salt Creek Beach — 2.0 miles Ritz-Carlton Laguna — 3.4 miles San Clemente Pier — 5.2 miles

Asked and Answered, From the Start

The questions that come up most often about a coastal infill site — traffic, structural safety, noise, environmental impact — were addressed as design requirements from day one.

Traffic and parking. Approved for five spaces per home; Revere chose to exceed it with covered garage parking, additional driveway space, and eleven newly created community spaces — four dedicated spaces per home, at the developer’s cost.

Site engineering. Expansive soils removed and replaced with non-expansive engineered fill, retaining structures buried for long-term stability, and a deliberate landscape plan that matures with the homes.

Highway noise. Screen walls installed at the street-facing patio of each home, reducing noise for residents and softening sound for passers-by below.

Environment and fire. Geotechnical, civil, structural, fire, and landscape teams engaged from the beginning, with impacts assessed, mitigated, and emergency protocols in place through construction and beyond.
