Lake Newport

Nestled along the edge of Cherry Lake—one of only nineteen homes with direct access—Lake Newport was designed to blur the line between architecture and nature. Built from the ground up, this 4,858 sq. ft. residence integrates limestone, natural wood, and black steel details for a timeless, organic look.

Inside, the vaulted 25-foot ceilings create a sense of openness, while stone walls and wood ceilings carry the exterior palette inward for a seamless flow. Every space was crafted with intentional detail—from the sculptural lighting and custom millwork to the balanced warmth of its textures.

In collaboration with Garden Studio Design, the backyard mirrors the home’s architecture with a vanishing-edge pool, mature landscaping, and outdoor living areas that extend the atmosphere of tranquility and sophistication found inside.
