Designed in collaboration with a husband-and-wife team—an interior designer and an architect—this Modern Coastal Farmhouse reflects years of vision, planning, and refinement. The clients lived just a few blocks away, imagining the home long before construction began, sketching ideas and defining the details that would one day shape their dream residence.
Natural stone, standing-seam metal roofing, and a blend of coastal, traditional, and modern materials give the home its warm yet elevated character. Large black-framed windows, clean rooflines, and expansive indoor–outdoor transitions define the architecture, while thoughtfully layered textures bring a sense of calm and intention to every space.
What began as the “Vistira Heights Project” evolved into the #NHDreamHomeProject—Newport Heights, a name that captured the story, collaboration, and meaning behind the design. Today, the completed home stands as a new standard for its Newport Beach neighborhood—timeless, inviting, and crafted with remarkable attention to detail.
