Large, ocean-facing glass walls flood the interiors with light and frame panoramic coastal views, while a warm, minimalist palette of wood, stone, and steel defines the home’s contemporary edge. Beneath the surface lies a complex foundation: a subterranean basement and structural moment frames designed to stabilize the sloped terrain and support the expansive glazing above.
