Set within one of Corona del Mar’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the Palmer Residences represent a refined take on modern coastal living. Designed as two ground-up transitional homes, the project blends natural materials, soft tonal contrasts, and clean rooflines to achieve an elevated yet welcoming presence.
Each residence offers over 6,000 sq. ft. of living space, with open interiors that balance warmth and sophistication. From the use of stone and light wood detailing to the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas, every element has been thoughtfully composed to complement the character of the surrounding streetscape.
