Revere Real Estate was founded by our Principal, Nick Lind, who has always looked to improve and innovate his community through building beautiful homes. Mr. Lind truly has a passion and prowess for residential development. From the attention to detail with our custom home builds, to city development and entitlement work, we put intentionality around being a resource to our community.

Revere Real Estate is not only devoted to expanding and improving the aesthetic of coastal Southern California, but to also be an asset and resource to the community through project investment opportunities and custom home builds. Since we are always looking to broaden our scope and horizon, we feel that the beautiful coast of California is the perfect canvas. Last year Revere was recognized by the Orange County Business Journal as the second fasted growing privately held small business in Orange County, Nick was also awarded the entrepreneur of the year award by the OCBJ.

Previously, Mr. Lind spent ten years in financial advising where he acted as a fiduciary to his clients and focused his practice on wealth management. At his Fortune 100 financial institution, he was awarded the Presidents Club Citation recognizing him as a top 5% producing advisor four consecutive years. In 2010, Mr. Lind was the number one financial advisor for the western territory (western 14 states) and was awarded the Sophomore of Year award. Mr. Lind is a proud, three time recipient of the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation (MDRT) invitation, which is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the insurance and financial services industry. Members of the MDRT Foundation are estimated as being in the top 4.5% of the entire industry nationwide.

Earning a bachelors degrees in Managerial Economics and Statistics from UC Davis, Mr. Lind was also a Division I collegiate athlete serving as captain of the men’s soccer team. Having grown up in Mission Viejo, CA himself, Mr. Lind is familiar with the Southern California market area and is proud to explore continued efforts to improve and benefit the surrounding communities. His father is a retired lt. Colonel fighter pilot in the Marine Corp, having served in Vietnam. He made Colonel before retiring. Mr. Lind’s mother is a retired Nurse Practitioner, who served in the Navy. Both parents were stationed at the El Toro Marine Base. Outside of business, Mr. Lind spends time with his daughter, Scarlett, and enjoys soccer, surfing, and snowboarding.
